With an impressive 30 years of experience in secretarial practice and corporate advisory, Veronica has worked extensively with publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, and joint venture entities, delivering strategic and compliant solutions.
Before joining In.Corp Global (M) Sdn. Bhd., Veronica served as the Head of the Corporate Secretarial Department at Malaysia’s largest secretarial service provider. There, she led a team of over 100 professionals and managed a portfolio of more than 3,000 corporate clients. Her visionary leadership ensured operational excellence and elevated service standards to meet the needs of a diverse and demanding client base.
