She later joined ZICO Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., where she has been a key contributor for over eight years.
With extensive experience in corporate secretarial practice, Ai Peng has managed a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including listed and private companies, both locally and internationally. Her areas of expertise include advising on corporate secretarial matters and leading key initiatives, including corporate restructuring, company listings, and IPOs. She is also proficient in preparing shareholders’ circulars for publicly listed companies.
