Mable specialises in corporate compliance advisory and has led significant corporate exercises, including restructuring, initial public offerings (IPOs), and company listings. She is highly experienced in drafting and reviewing shareholders’ circulars for public listed companies and advising on regulatory corporate governance requirements.
